Our story
Impact Church began with a God given vision to build a church where people could encounter God, experience healing, grow in faith, and be equipped to make an impact.
In the summer of 2019, God began placing a vision in the hearts of Pastors Mike and Amy Herzog to plant a church. They envisioned a place where people could encounter God, grow in faith, build genuine community, and discover the impact their lives were created to have.
As they shared the vision, others began to join them. A committed team formed around prayer, serving the community, and preparing to launch Impact Church.
The original plan was to begin Sunday services at Regal Cinemas on September 13, 2020. Then the COVID pandemic changed everything. The theaters remained closed and, just weeks before launch, Impact Church still had no place to meet.
God opened another door through Pastor Todd and Life Church, allowing Impact to gather in their building on Sunday afternoons. It was not the original plan, but the mission had not changed.
On September 13, 2020, Impact Church officially launched.
Lead Pastors
Mike and Amy have devoted their lives to building the local church and helping people become who God has called them to be. Married since 2001, they bring decades of ministry experience to Impact Church. Their heart is to create a place of healing where people can encounter God, grow as disciples of Jesus, and be inspired, equipped, and empowered to fulfill their God given purpose.

Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Impact Church held its first official service and began the mission God had given the church.
The Next Chapter
As Impact Church and Life Church grew closer, the two congregations came together as one church family with a shared mission.

Impact Church continues to grow as a place where people encounter God, experience healing, grow in faith, and are equipped to make an impact.
Today, Impact Church is a growing church family committed to being A Place of Healing. Through worship, biblical teaching, discipleship, community, outreach, and missions, we help people encounter God and become strong disciples of Jesus who make an impact wherever God has placed them.
Our mission remains clear: to inspire, equip, and empower people for impact. We are building a church where lives are healed, families are strengthened, disciples are developed, leaders are raised, and people carry the love and power of Jesus into their communities and around the world.
